Abstract

Promoting and developing tourism businesses requires the participation of all stakeholders in the industry. The tourism entrepreneurship sector is no exception to this, and in order to create the necessary plans and programs for stakeholder participation in the development of tourism entrepreneurship, its dimensions and components must first be identified. Based on this, the present study was conducted to identify the dimensions of stakeholder participation in the development of tourism entrepreneurship (case study: Yazd city). This research is considered in terms of exploratory, descriptive and analytical methods. The researcher first reviewed the literature and research background and collected the dimensions of participation from the literature, and then arranged a semi-structured interview with tourism experts, and according to the theoretical saturation rule, the interviews reached 23, and then a new category in The interview was not found and this is where the interviews ended. Data were analyzed using a qualitative method (open and axial coding using Max QDA software). The results showed that the dimensions and components include psychological (personality traits, individual attitudes), socio-cultural (beliefs, social capital culturalization, values), economic (economic facilities, economic cooperation, economic status). , Participation in the economy), institutional-political (laws and regulations, sphere of power, political will, foreign diplomacy, institutional organization), environmental-geographical (location, environmental body, time position) and technological (technology infrastructure). The results of this research can be used in order to plan destinations for the development of tourism businesses and entrepreneurship.
