طراحی مدل تابآوری زنجیرهتأمین صنعت دارو در شرایط بحران با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM)
امروزه با پیچیدهتر شدن زنجیرههای تأمین با وجود سطح بالایی از عدم اطمینان ناشی از اختلالات، رفتارهای آشفته، چالشها و تهدیدات، مدیریت آن به یک وظیفهی چالش برانگیز تبدیل شده است. هرچند یک زنجیرهی تأمین به خوبی ساخت یافته از کارایی عملیاتی بالا برخوردار میباشد، ریسکهای موجود، همچنان یک نگرانی محسوب شده و نباید از آن غفلت نمود چرا که در بازارهای متلاطم و نامطمئن امروز، آسیب پذیری زنجیرهی تأمین به یک مسئلهی حائز اهمیت برای بسیاری از شرکت ها بدل شده است. تابآوری زنجیرهتأمین مبحثی است که پاسخگوی ریسکهای بسیار زیاد زنجیره می-باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارائه مدلی از تعاملات عوامل تابآوری زنجیرهتأمین در صنعت دارو میباشد. در این مقاله، با استفاده از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، روابط متقابل متغیرهای موثر بر تاب-آوری زنجیرهتأمین در صنعت دارو ارئه شده است. با مطالعه کتابخانهای و ادبیات موضوع متغیرهای موثر بر تابآوری زنجیرهتأمین استخراج و با استفاده از نظر خبرگان متغیرهای نهایی وارد مدل شدند. این متغیرها در سطوح مختلف و با توجه به قدرت و وابستگی آنها طبقهبندی و سطحبندی شدهاند و جهت تست و تایید مدل از تحلیل میکمک و تکنیک دیمتل استفاده شده است. ISM روشی را ارایه میکند که توسط آن نظم را میتوان بر پیچیدگی چنین متغیرهایی تحمیل کرد. این بینش از مدل به مدیران زنجیرهتأمین در برنامهریزی استراتژیک برای تابآوری زنجیرهتأمین و بهبود آن کمک میکند.

بحران ویروس کرونا و سوء مدیریت مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت: تحلیل واکنش کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی به اخبار منفی حول مسائل CSR
بحران ویروس کرونا و اثرات زیستی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی آن تأثیر شگرفی بر اکثر کسبوکارها گذاشته است. در این میان، سو مدیریت کسبوکارها در قبال مسئولیتهای اجتماعی خود نسبت به بحران پیشآمده و انتشار اخبار منفی در شبکههای اجتماعی میتواند تبعات سنگینی بر آنها وارد سازد. شبکههای اجتماعی به کاربران امکان میدهند تا تبلیغات دهانبهدهان الکترونیکی منفی راجع به شرکتها ایجاد کنند. برای شناسایی عوامل این رفتار، یک خبر ساختگی راجع به ویروس کرونا و شرکت هواپیمایی ماهان در میان کاربران اینستاگرام توزیع شد تا قصد مشارکت آنها توضیح داده شود. بر این اساس مجموعهای از متغیرهای توضیحی بررسی شد که شامل آگاهی اجتماعی، آگاهی محیطی، ارزش سودمندی و نگرش نسبت به کامنت و اشتراکگذاری در مورد اخبار منفی CSR میشوند. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان کاربر اینستاگرام دانشگاههای تبریز و تهران میشد. پرسشنامهها بهصورت الکترونیکی و به روش در دسترس توزیع و درمجموع 460 پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها توسط نرمافزار SPSS و PLS نشان داد آگاهی اجتماعی بر آگاهی محیطی اثر مثبت میگذارد. همچنین باوجود آنکه تاثیر مثبت آگاهی اجتماعی و محیطی بر ارزش سودمندی تائید شد، اما نتوانست تاثیر معناداری با نگرش به کامنت و اشتراکگذاری نشان دهند. درنهایت نگرش بر قصد رفتاری کاربران تأثیر قابلتوجهی داشت، اما اثر ارزش سودمندی بر قصد رفتاری تائید نشد. یافتههای این مطالعه میتواند به سازمانهای مختلفی که نسبت به مسائل محیطی و اجتماعی احساس مسئولیت میکنند، بهواسطه تجزیهوتحلیل رفتار مشتریانشان و پیشنهادهای کاربردی که ارائه میدهد، کمک شایانی کند.

اقدامات CSR شرکتها در بحران کرونا و ارزش ویژه برند: نقش اعتبار برند و دلبستگی عاطفی
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر دلبستگی عاطفی مشتری به برند بر ارزش ویژه برندهای شبکههای اجتماعی با نقش میانجی اعتبار برند و نقش تعدیلگر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت در زمان کرونا است. جامعه آماری منتخب برای این تحقیق، کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی در ایران بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی در دسترس تعداد 520 عدد پرسشنامه به صورت الکترونیکی با مقیاس پنج گزینهای لیکرت جمعآوری گردید. برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق و تحلیل دادهها از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری SEM و نرمافزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج دادههای آماری و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که دلبستگی عاطفی مشتری به برند به صورت مستقیم بر ارزش ویژه برندهای شبکههای اجتماعی تاثیر ندارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتها رابطه بین دلبستگی عاطفی مشتری به برند بر ارزش ویژه برند و همچنین رابطه بین اعتبار برند و ارزش ویژه برندهای شبکههای اجتماعی را تعدیل میکند. شبکههای اجتماعی باید سرمایهگذاریهایی را انجام دهند که به ایجاد ارتباط عاطفی با یک برند شبکه اجتماعی کمک کند و همچنین به مسئولیت اجتماعی خود توجه نمایند.

ارتباطات پیوند انسانی: راهکار نوآورانه فناوری برای تداوم و توسعه فعالیت کسب و کارها با حفظ فاصله ی اجتماعی در پاندمی کرونا
ظهور پاندمی کرونا، درگیری گسترده جوامع با آن و نبود گزینه های موثر درمانی و واکسیناسیون موجب اتخاذ سیاست های حفظ فاصله اجتماعی شده است. راهکار قرنطینه علیرغم پیامدهای مثبت در کنترل سرعت شیوع بیماری، زمینه ی محدودیت در ارائه خدمات حضوری و تداوم فعالیت کسب و کارها را فراهم کرده است. راهکارهای کنونی فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برای ارائه خدمات غیرحضوری با توجه به عدم توانایی آنها در انتقال داده های حسی (بویایی، چشایی و لامسه) باعث درک ناقص از محصول و نارضایتی مشتریان کسب و کارها از بستر فضای مجازی در مقایسه با تجربه مشاهده و خرید حضوری شده است. در این مقاله ارتباطات پیوند انسانی به عنوان مفهومی نوآورانه برای مدل های کسب و کار جهت انتقال داده های حسی مکملِ دیداری و شنیداری معرفی و طرح کلیِ کسب و کارهای این حوزه و الزامات آنها مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. با توجه به سیاست های قرنطینه ی مشاغل، الزام به حفظ فاصله اجتماعی در پاندمی کرونا، آینده ی نامعلوم این بیماری و هزینه ی پایین استقرار این فناوری به نظر می رسد مفهوم ارتباط پیوند انسانی گزینه ای مناسب برای تداوم و توسعه فعالیت کسب و کارها در دوران قرنطینه و محدودیت ارائه خدمات حضوری باشد.

طراحی مدل تابآوری شبکههای همکاری در شرایط شیوع کرونا (مورد مطالعه شبکه توسعه اجتماعی رسالت)
آثار شیوع ویروس کووید-19 از نظر ماهیت همانند برخی بلایای طبیعی غیرقابل پیشبینی است، بنابراین آمادگی برای واکنش در زمان کوتاه و با راندمان بالا حائز اهمیت است. شبکههای همکاری در مدیریت بحران میتوانند موثر باشند اما خودشان تحت تأثیر آثار بحران قرار دارند و اغلب سطح عملیاتی آنها دچار افت میشود و لازم است قابلیتهای لازم برای تابآوری را داشته باشند. هدف از این مطالعه طراحی مدل تابآوری شبکههای همکاری با تاکید بر سیستم راهبری شبکه همزمان با وقوع یک بحران واقعی به نام شیوع کرونا ویروس است که به دلیل وجود پیچیدگیهای مسأله، ذینفعان و نقشآفرینان متعدد و ابعاد متنوع از روش سیستمهای نرم برای تحلیل آن استفاده شده است. بر این اساس ضمن بررسی و مصاحبه با مطلعین و ترسیم تصویر غنی وضع موجود، مدل تابآوری راهبری شبکه با روش تکمیلی مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری جامع ترسیم شد. نتایج مقایسه تصویر غنی و مدل ارائه شده نشان میدهد که قابلیتهای پویا به عنوان سنگ بنای مدل تابآوری شبکه عمل مینماید. بر همین اساس پیشنهاداتی ساختاری در جهت افزایش تابآوری شبکههای همکاری در دوران شیوع ویروس و پسا کرونا ارائه شد.

فراترکیب خلق تابآوری پویا مقابل بحران کرونا در حوزه کسبوکارهای نوپا
امروزه افزایش پیچیدگی، عدم اطمینان و مشکلات زیستمحیطی، اهداف استراتژیک بسیاری از بنگاهها را از اصطلاح «تلاش برای سودآوری» به «تلاش برای تابآوری» تغییر داده است. دراینبین بلایای طبیعی، بیماری همهگیر، حملات تروریستی، رکود اقتصادی، خرابی تجهیزات، خطاهای انسانی و شرایط تجارت جهانی چالشهایی را بهویژه برای کسبوکارهای نوپا ایجاد کرده است. در راستای سازگاری فعال با بحرانهای فراگیر، این تحقیق به دنبال ارائه مدلی برای خلق تابآوری پویا در کسبوکارهای نوپا برابر بحران کرونا است. استراتژی پژوهش حاضر کیفی و ازنظر هدف بنیادی و از نگاه ماهیت و روش توصیفی– تحلیلی است. در این پژوهش از روش فراترکیب برای غربالگری منابع استفادهشده است و مقالات مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش بین سالهای 2010 تا 2020 موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. پس از تجزیهوتحلیل یافتههای تحقیق با روش داده بنیاد گلیزری، 85 واقعه در 17 مفهوم، 5 مقوله فرعی و 2 مقوله اصلی برچسبگذاری شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد با «ظرفیتسازی چندگانه» از طریق «توانمندسازی پایدار»، «نوآوری باز» و «همافزایی» در کنار ابزارهایی مانند «وب 2.0» و «استراتژیهای تعاملی» و همچنین «خلق ارزش مشترک» با درگیر نمودن «سرمایه اجتماعی» و «سازگاری فراگیر» تابآوری کسبوکارهای نوپا در برابر بحرانهای زیستمحیطی فراگیری مانند ویروس کرونا تقویت خواهد شد.

بررسی تأثیر ابعاد استراتژیک مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری الکترونیکی بر رضایت مشتریان در شرایط بحرانی
امروزه با شرایط بحرانی به وجود آمدن بیماری کرونا و با در خانه ماندن مردم نقش فروش آنلاین بیشازپیش پررنگ شده است. این در حالی است که باوجود در خانه ماندن، مشتریان در این شرایط بحرانی میتوانند با انجام چندین کلیک موارد موردنیاز خود را انتخاب و درب منزل تحویل بگیرند. بنابراین نقش فروش آنلاین در جلوگیری از انتقال بیماری و بحران بزرگتر مهم جلوه میکند. از طرفی تأثیر گذاشتن کسبوکارهای آنلاین بر رضایت مشتریان برای ادامه این خریدها بسیار مهم میباشد. با توجه به موارد بیانشده هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر ابعاد استراتژیک مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری الکترونیکی بر رضایت مشتریان بهواسطه کیفیت خدمات درک شده در شرایط بحرانی میباشد. این تحقیق از حیث هدف کاربردی، و از حیث روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از الگوی مدل یابی معادله ساختاری است. موردمطالعه این تحقیق تعداد 390 نفر از مشتریانی است که در زمان بیماری کرونا برای در خانه ماندن از وبسایت دی جی کالا خرید کردهاند. بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری الکترونیک بر کیفیت خدمات و رضایت مشتریان تأثیر مثبت دارد. این در حالی است که نقش میانجی کیفیت خدمات درک شده در رابطه بین ابعاد استراتژیک مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری الکترونیکی و رضایت مورد تائید قرار گرفت.

نقش تعدیلگر کووید 19 بر رابطه بین موفقیت کسب و کار با عملکرد بازاریابی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط دارویی
همه گیری کووید19، همانطور که زندگی و جامعه را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است، به روشهای مختلف بر رشته بازاریابی تأثیرخواهد گذاشت. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی نقش تعدیلگری کووید 19 بر رابطه بین موفقیت کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط و عملکرد بازاریابی شرکتهای دارویی می باشد. برای انتخاب جامعه آماری با استفاده از محدودیت تعداد محصولات تولیدی در شرکتهای دارویی غیر بورسی، تعداد 660 شرکت انتخاب و از بین آنها به صورت تصادفی 242 شرکت بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. داده های تحقیق توسط پرسشنامه موفقیت کسب و کار با ابعاد مشخصه های شرکت، مدیریت و دانش، محصولات و خدمات، مشتری و بازار، نحوه انجام کار و همکاری، منابع و امور مالی، استراتژی و محیط خارجی و پرسشنامه عملکرد بازاریابی با ابعاد نتایج ذهنی مصرف کننده، نتایج رفتار مصرف کننده، نتایج بازار و نتایج مالی و سوالات مربوط به وضعیت کووید 19 در کشور، جمع آوری شده است. پرسشنامه ها بین مدیران در نمونه آماری توزیع شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که رابطه دو متغیر عوامل موفقیت کسب و کار با عملکرد بازاریابی در هر دو گروه (شرایط بحرانی و غیر بحرانی کووید 19)، با استفاده از روش پارامتریک، معنادار بوده است. زمانی که شرایط بحرانی نباشد، رابطه بین عوامل موفقیت کسب و کار با عملکرد بازاریابی قوی تر از زمانی است که شرایط بحرانی باشد. همچنین کووید 19 رابطه استراتژی با عملکرد بازاریابی را تعدیل میکند

بیمه اعتبار تجاری، راهکاری برای جلوگیری از شکست شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط در بحران کسب و کار ناشی از شیوع بیماری کرونا
کرونا یا کووید19، با تعطیلی اجباری و ناگزیر کسب و کارها، منجر به عدم توفیق بسیاری از آنها در کسب درآمد و مآلاً پرداخت بدهیهایشان شده است. این رخداد به جهت ارتباط زنجیرهای کسب و کارها با هم، میتواند شکستی سلسلهوار را به فعالان عرصه تجارت تحمیل نماید که شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط در این میان، عموماً نوپاترین، نحیفترین و درنتیجه آسیب پذیرتریند. با این شرح، چنانچه بهای معاملات به صورت نقدی پرداخت نگردیده باشد -که عموماً نیز اینگونه است- اختلال در دریافت مطالبات شرکتها میتواند آنها را به ورطه نابودی بکشاند. بیمه اعتبار تجاری بهمثابه طریقی برای مدیریت ریسک ناشی از دریافتنیهای اعتباری، در این کوران حوادث به یاری شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط میشتابد و زمینه بهره مندی آنها از منبع اطلاعاتی عظیم، جهت گزینش مشتریان بالقوه و مدیریت قراردادها با مشتریان بالفعل را فراهم خواهد آورد، دستیابی آنها به تأمین مالی را تسهیل خواهد نمود و خلاء ناشی از عدم بازپرداخت دیون توسط مشتریان را پر مینمایند و همچنین با پوشش ریسکهای سیاسی و تجاری، زمینه رقابت و توسعه فعالیت در عرصه بینالمللی برای این شرکتها را هموار مینماید.
