دانشگاه تبریز نشریه علمی پژوهشی مدیریت کسب و کارهای بین المللی 2588-5057 8 4 2026 05 22 Model For Increasing Exports of Petrochemical Derivatives with a Hyper-Automation Approach in Industry 4 For Iranian Petrochemical Holdings طراحی مدل بهبود صادرات محصولات کشاورزی با رویکرد کاهش ریسک معاملات خارجی در بستر توسعه منابع انسانی بانک کشاورزی ایران 239 264 21745 10.22034/jiba.2026.71916.2430 FA بدیعه پروین دانشجوی دکتری مدیریت دولتی، دانشکده علوم انسانی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد قشم، قشم، ایران پروانه گلرد دانشیار، دانشکده علوم انسانی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد تهران جنوب، تهران، ایران مهدی باقری استادیار، دانشکده علوم انسانی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد بندرعباس، بندرعباس، ایران Journal Article 2026 04 11 The role of the human resources of the agricultural bank in reducing the risk of foreign exchange and consequently improving agricultural products exports is of strategic importance and is related to efficiency of financial system and sustainable growth of agricultural products .the purpose of this study was to design a model for improving agricultural products exports by the approach of reducing the risk of foreign trade in the development of human resources of the agricultural bank of iran .the research method is mixed ( qualitative - quantitative ) .at first , identification and extraction of 19 indicators in the qualitative part and using interviews with 21 experts were done . ~~~ in the quantitative section, the most important indicators were extracted using fuzzy screening. ~~~ the number of them was 16 indicators .determining the relationship between the indicators to achieve model in quantitative section was done relying on interpretive structural modeling ( ism ) .analysis of the findings was a six - level model that the most influential factors were : use of specialist managers in agricultural products exports , development of learning organization culture , formation and management of export clusters and developing the انداز of sustainable export of agricultural products . نقش منابع انسانی بانک کشاورزی در کاهش ریسک معاملات خارجی و در نتیجه بهبود صادرات محصولات کشاورزی اهمیت راهبردی و چندلایه دارد که هم به کارآمدی نظام مالی و هم به رشد پایدار صادرات محصولات کشاورزی کشور مربوط می‌شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل بهبود صادرات محصولات کشاورزی با رویکرد کاهش ریسک معاملات خارجی در بستر توسعه منابع انسانی بانک کشاورزی ایران بوده است. روش انجام این پژوهش آمیخته (کیفی -کمی) است. ابتدا شناسایی و استخراج 19 شاخص در بخش کیفی و با استفاده از مصاحبه با 21 خبره صورت گرفت و در بخش کمی ابتدا مهم‌ترین شاخص‌ها با استفاده از غربالگری فازی استخراج شدند که تعداد آنها 16 شاخص بود و این شاخص‌ها مبنای مدلسازی قرار گرفتند. تعیین ارتباط بین شاخص‌ها برای دستیابی به مدل در بخش کمی با اتکا به روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) انجام شد. تحلیل یافته‌ها مدلی شش سطحی بود که تاثیرگذارترین شاخص‌هایآن عبارت بودند از: بکارگیری مدیران متخصص کوچینگ در صادرات محصولات کشاورزی، توسعه کوچینگ سازمانی یادگیرنده، تشکیل و مدیریت خوشه‌های صادراتی و تدوین چشم‌انداز صادرات پایدار محصولات کشاورزی. https://jiba.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_21745_646cdc0fa2e5342caa05628218149871.pdf
