Method of writing and compiling articles
Dear submitters of articles, to expedite the timely review and publication of the journal, please pay attention to the following points:
1- The submitted article has not been previously published elsewhere or has not been sent for publication.
2- The name and surname of the author (s), along with the academic rank, place of employment, full address, telephone number, fax and e-mail address should be sent on a separate page.
3- Regarding the appearance and content of the articles, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points:
The size of the plates should be equal to A4 and the margin from the right and left should be four and a half centimeters and from the top and bottom five centimeters. The number of pages of the article should not exceed 20 pages in the final size of the publication, including the abstract, text and sources.
The name and address of the authors, including name and surname, place of work and e-mail and contact number should be sent in a separate file under the title "Authors' details".
Always use Times New Roman in size 11 for the Latin font.
The text of the article should be in B mitra font and size 12.
Line spacing should be single.
The main titles (in bold) should be written with B Titr font and size 12 and the sub-titles should be written with font 11.
The title of the charts and tables should be written in font size B mitra 10 (bold) and their content should be written in font size 9 as well as their subtitles in font 8.
Use English subtitles for technical words, abbreviations, translated terms and all Latin names.
Past and present continuous verbs that begin with "may" and the plural "s" are connected to the words after or before them with "half". It is always better to write the preposition "to" separately from the next word. Use editor software to apply writing corrections.
Final sources should be written according to APA standard. Click here to get acquainted with this standard. In-text sources should be written in Persian and the names of foreign authors should be in English subtitles with Times new novel font size 8. In writing the subtitle, be sure to leave a space after the number, and then write the foreign name.
4- Each article should include sections of title, authors 'specifications, Persian abstract, Persian keywords, JEL classification, introduction, text (subject literature, analysis), result, sources, title, authors' specifications and extended English abstract (after Article acceptance), keywords in English.
5- It is necessary to prepare the output report of Samim Noor similarity finder software and upload it by the responsible author when requested by the publication.
6- Enter the details of the article providers in the exact profile section. The first letters of the first and last name should be recorded in capital English. Be sure to enter the correct academic assignment. The next change will not be possible.
7- At least 5 Persian articles and 5 articles in foreign languages with a publication date of less than 5 years should be in the review of sources and references.
8- The reference is based on APA. Set alphabetical list.
9- Two referees with the rank of assistant professor and above with the correct specifications and other than the editorial members of this publication should be introduced.
If the article is accepted, esteemed authors should prepare and send an extended abstract. This is important for obtaining valid indexes for the publication and is a necessary condition for printing. The abstract of the abstract is as follows and its volume should not be less than one page and more than two pages.
11- The referees who are introduced by the responsible author in the system must have at least the rank of assistant professor and faculty member of one of the universities under the relevant ministry and not be members of the editorial board of this publication.

Abstract: Abstract should be written with 8 font size, New Times Roman MS, justified, single line spacing. Objective, method and findings are summarized in this section.
Keywords: This section should contain maximum 5 words that are written in 8 font size and seperated with commas.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Extended abstracts should be written according to the following structure including the following headings: abstract and keywords, introduction, methods, findings and argument, conclusion and recommendations. There is flexibility as to the naming of the sections. Sub-headings can be used when necessary.
Extended abstract shall be written in font New Times Roman MS, single line spacing and 9 font size. Extended abstracts can contain figures, tables and / or images. Page format should be A4 page size with margins 2.5 cm wide from the right, left, top and bottom. Extended abstracts should not exceed 4 pages including the references and pages should not be numbered.
Authors' names must not appear anywhere in the paper when this is first submitted to the organizers.

The introduction section should (1) present the scope and objective of the paper and state the problem, (2) briefly review the pertinent literature, (3) describe the methods, and (4) provide an overview of the main results of the work .
