Publication Ethics

The ethical charter of this publication is based on the guidelines of the ethics committee in publishing COPE research. 

 

When using the articles in this publication, citing the name of the journal and its number, as well as the name of the author or authors must be done, otherwise it will be a violation of the above rules. 

The principles of Creative Commons (CC BY NC) as well as open access (OPEN ACCESS) are observed for journal articles and the authors can retain the copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions.   

 

Anti-Plagiarism Policy

The Quarterly Journal of International Business Administration at department of Economics and Management of University of Tabriz- Iran regards plagiarism as a very serious offence. It is an illegal form of copying. 

Plagiarism is defined as the unacknowledged use of the work of others as if this were your own original work

 

1- Duties of the publication  

Publishing and publishing decisions: The journal follows the principles of Creative Commons (CC BY NC) and the articles are open access (OPEN ACCESS). 
Fair decision-making about articles: Decision-making about articles is done at any stage regardless of the authors' race, gender, religious beliefs, ethnicity and citizenship.
Confidentiality of information: The personal information of the authors of articles for all people who have access to it, such as the editor, members of the editorial board and the internal and executive director of the journal and other active factors (other than the author) such as reviewers, consultants, editors and trusted publishers should be kept confidential and protected at all times.
Respect for the interests of individuals: The possibility of using the results of other people's research should be done with the reference and written permission of the author.  

 

2- Duties of Reviewers 

Helping the editorial decision: The reviews (double blind peer-reviews) should assist the editor of the journal in reviewing the quality, content and science of the articles or help to improve and enhance quality and content of the articles through the communication of the editorial members with the respected author.
Speed ​​of action: The selected referees should immediately inform the editor of the publication about the result after the initial review, which includes:
Lack of judging the article is due to the lack of subject matter in the field of referee work, lack of time or ....
Arbitration is accompanied by delays due to busy time, lack of access to sufficient facilities, and so on.
Confidentiality of information: All information contained in the articles should be considered confidential to the arbitrator and the arbitrator should try to maintain it. 
Reviewing by presenting scientific and transparent documents and arguments: Judging articles should be sufficient based on scientific documents and arguments, should be clearly stated and these documents should be presented to publications and authors, and from the point of view of taste, personal, racial and Religious etc. refrain from judging articles.
Paying attention to the sources used in the article: Paying attention to the resources used in the article is another duty of the reviewers. All research, topics and citations used in the article should be accompanied by a complete reference in the bibliography.
Non-arbitration of articles with personal intentions: The reviewers should not accept articles for which the interests of certain individuals, institutions and companies are obtained or personal relationships are observed. 

 

3- Duties of authors 

Submission of scientific and standard articles: Authors of articles should be prepared in a scientific and coherent manner, according to the standard of publications. The method used in the article should be done accurately and objectively and the data should be reported correctly. The rights of other people in the article should be respected through full citations. Refrain from expressing sensitive and immoral, tasteful and personal, racial and religious issues and false and inaccurate information and translations of other people's works without mentioning the title in the article.
Provide raw data as needed: Ask the author to provide raw data, interviews, questionnaires, and other research tools if needed. Public access to this information (compliant with the ALPSP-STM statement) helps to improve the performance of articles.
Originality of the submitted article: Articles submitted by the authors should be the work of the author presenting the article and any use of other people's research should be mentioned in the article.
Failure to publish an article or an article accepted and published at the same time: It is against the law to submit an article to several publications or articles published or accepted to other publications at the same time.
Mention appropriate referrals: Mentioning includes mentioning all books, publications and websites and other research of individuals in the bibliography.
Mentioning the person in charge and colleagues in the article and being careful in the absence of irrelevant names: The person in charge of the article is the person who has played a major role in preparing, preparing, designing and executing the article and other authors are also mentioned as collaborators in the article. And the main author of the article should make sure that the names and information of all the authors exist and that there are no names other than the authors of the article. Also, all the authors of the article have read and agreed to submit it.
Mention financial sponsorships: Authors should also list all financial sponsorships of their article.
Reporting major errors in articles: Whenever the author notices any errors or inaccuracies in his article, he informs the publication about it, corrects it or takes back the article.
