Designing a model of Business Democracy in Petrochemical Companies

Abstract

Democracy is one of the most powerful words in the world. In other words, democracy can be understood as an ideology, a concept or a theory. Democracy has been created in the field of politics and has been discussed in governance, but in recent years this concept has placed itself in organizations and companies and the business world in general. Commercial democracy is a concept that can be a way to achieve success, growth and development of organizations and companies. The aim of the current research is to present and formulate the commercial democracy model of Iranian petrochemical companies. This research was done qualitatively. The data research strategy is the foundation. The intended community includes business management specialists, professors with books and research in the field of business policy, as well as experts in the field of political science and political economy and high-ranking people of commercial organizations. Sampling is snowball and purposeful. Also, the data analysis method is based on the foundation's data analysis method with a systematic approach to the coding method. After analyzing the data, the results show that 27 categories for causal, central conditions, strategies, interveners, environmental categories and consequences have been obtained by the researcher.
