Model For Increasing Exports of Petrochemical Derivatives with a Hyper-Automation Approach in Industry 4 For Iranian Petrochemical Holdings

Abstract

The role of the human resources of the agricultural bank in reducing the risk of foreign exchange and consequently improving agricultural products exports is of strategic importance and is related to efficiency of financial system and sustainable growth of agricultural products .the purpose of this study was to design a model for improving agricultural products exports by the approach of reducing the risk of foreign trade in the development of human resources of the agricultural bank of iran .the research method is mixed ( qualitative - quantitative ) .at first , identification and extraction of 19 indicators in the qualitative part and using interviews with 21 experts were done . ~~~ in the quantitative section, the most important indicators were extracted using fuzzy screening. ~~~ the number of them was 16 indicators .determining the relationship between the indicators to achieve model in quantitative section was done relying on interpretive structural modeling ( ism ) .analysis of the findings was a six - level model that the most influential factors were : use of specialist managers in agricultural products exports , development of learning organization culture , formation and management of export clusters and developing the انداز of sustainable export of agricultural products .
