Abstract

Organizations that accept their stakeholders' participatory activities seek to examine their stakeholders' motivations. Due to the novelty of the actor participation issue, the motivations of stakeholder participation have received less attention in previous research and have not been scientifically developed. In recent times, shared value creation has emerged as a strength of companies for durability and competitiveness. The main question of the present study is to identify and understand the motivations of key stakeholders in value creation in marketing logistics. This research aims to explain a model of motivators affecting stakeholder participation in value creation in marketing logistics. This paper is methodologically based on a scoping review, in terms of exploratory purpose, and based on qualitative research. In this regard, a search for English articles in the databases of Science Direct, Emerald, and Springer from 2000 to 2024 and Persian articles in the Ganj site, Noor specialized database, and SID from 2001 to 2024 (1380-1403) was conducted. Finally, 57 documents were identified and used in presenting the model. The findings of this study show that stakeholders have different motives and heterogeneity. Therefore, the motivations affecting key stakeholder participation in value creation in marketing logistics are categorized in the form of driving and traction factors. By combining the results of various studies from the scoping review, a model for explaining the motivations of key stakeholders in value creation in marketing logistics has been designed and presented.
