شناسایی محرک های رشد لجستیک با بهره گیری از فناوری های هوشمند: مطالعه کتاب‌سنجی

چکیده

صنعت لجستیک تحت تأثیر موج دیجیتالی شدن، دستخوش تحول و ارتقای بی‌سابقه‌ای است. در این راستا تحقیق حاضر مبتنی بر پارادایم تفسیری با هدف مرور سیستماتیک کتاب‌سنجی و تحلیل محتوای مطالعات سیستم لجستیک با بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های هوشمند انجام گرفت. برای این منظور پس از جستجوی سیستماتیک در پایگاه‌های علمی اسکوپوس و ساینس دایرکت، 147 مقاله مرتبط از سال 2005 تا 2024 بر اساس پروتکل پریزما انتخاب و وارد بسته نرم‌افزاری بیبلیومتریک و نرم‌افزارVOSviewer گردید. داده‌های به ‌دست آمده بر اساس تکنیک‌های کتاب‌سنجی تحلیل استناد، جفت کتاب‌سنجی، هم‌زمانی واژگان کلیدی، تحلیل موضوعی مفهومی و تحلیل محتوا بررسی شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که پنج خوشه رشد «لجستیک درونی»، «لجستیک بیرونی»، «لجستیک پایدار»، «لجستیک معکوس» و «لجستیک شخص ثالث» از مطالعات شناسایی شد. نتایج این مطالعه به ‌کارگیری سیستم لجستیک هوشمند و استفاده از قابلیت‌های فناوری‌های هوشمند را پیشنهاد می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The logistics industry is undergoing unprecedented transformation and enhancement due to the digital wave. This research, based on an interpretative paradigm, aimed to systematically review and analyze the literature on logistics systems using intelligent technologies. After a systematic search in Scopus and ScienceDirect databases, 147 relevant articles from 2005 to 2024 were selected according to the PRISMA protocol and entered into the Bibliometric software package and VOSviewer. The obtained data were analyzed using bibliometric techniques, co-citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, conceptual topic analysis, and content analysis. The findings revealed five growth clusters: "Internal Logistics", "External Logistics", "Sustainable Logistics", "Reverse Logistics", and "Third-Party Logistics". The study's results suggest the adoption of intelligent logistics systems and the utilization of intelligent technologies' capabilities.
