دیجیتالی شدن و بلوغ صادراتی شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط: تحلیل کتاب سنجی و مصورسازی

چکیده

دیجیتالی شدن بر بسیاری از استراتژی های سازمانی یک شرکت، از جمله توسعه فرصت‌های بازار تأثیر می‌گذارد و به عنوان عنصری جهت تقویت بین المللی شدن شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط شناخته شده است. استفاده از فناوری‌های دیجیتال مستلزم سرمایه‌گذاری و تغییر در رویه-های داخلی یک شرکت و استفاده از قابلیت‌های خاص برای مدیریت آنها است. تحقیقات در زمینه تأثیر دیجیتالی شدن بر بلوغ صادراتی SMEها پراکنده است و نیاز به یک پژوهش جامع در زمینه روند تحقیقات گذشته و روند پیش‌روی این موضوع وجود دارد. بنابراین تحقیق حاضر یک تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Vosviewer با هدف بررسی تولیدات علمی منتشر شده و ترسیم نقشه علمی در حوزه دیجیتالی شدن و بلوغ صادراتی شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط می‌باشد که به بررسی این حوزه با استفاده از 240 مقاله نمایه شده در پایگاه اسکوپوس در بین سال‌های 1984 تا 2022 پرداخته است. برای تحلیل شبکه از تحلیل هم‌نویسندگی، تحلیل هم‌استنادی و تحلیل هم‌رخدادی بهره گرفته شد. در انتها با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل‌های انجام شده پنج خوشه موضوعی اصلی شناسایی شد که شامل منابع سازمانی مبتنی بر دیجیتالی شدن، قابلیت های سازمانی مبتنی بر دیجیتالی شدن، ابعاد بلوغ صادراتی، صادرات و بین المللی شدن و توسعه پایداری می‌باشد؛ که با توجه به روند مقالات، می‌توان انتظار داشت حوزه توسعه پایداری در سال‌های آتی توجه بیشتری را به خود جلب نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Digitalization affects many organizational strategies of a company, including the development of market opportunities, and is known as an element that strengthens the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, the use of digital technologies requires investment and changes in the internal procedures of a company through the mobilization of new resources based on digitalization and the use of special capabilities for their management. Research on the impact of digitalization on the export maturity of SMEs is scattered and there is a need for a comprehensive research on the past research trend and the future trend of this topic. This study is a bibliometric analysis using Vosviewer software, with the aim of reviewing published scientific products and drawing a scientific map in the field of digitization and export maturity of small and medium companies, which investigated this field using 240 articles indexed between 1984 and 2022. To conduct this study, co-authorship analysis, co-citation analysis and co-occurrence analysis were used for network analysis. In the end, according to the analyzes carried out, five main topic clusters were identified, which include organizational resources based on digitalization, organizational capabilities based on digitalization, dimensions of export maturity, export and internationalization, and sustainable development; According to the trend of the articles, we can expect the field of sustainable development to attract more attention in the coming years.
