بین‌المللی‌سازی کسب‌وکارها با تأکید بر کارآفرینی بین‌المللی، تبیین نقش میانجی قابلیت‌های سازمانی و تعدیلگری ذهنیت جهانی

چکیده

بین‌المللی‌سازی یکی از روش‌هایی است که از طریق آن، کسب‌وکارها می‌توانند فرصت دسترسی به بازار بزرگتر، صرفه‌جویی نسبت به مقیاس، دسترسی به مزیت‌های فناورانه، ارتقا سطح فنی، کاهش ریسک و تأمین منابع به دست آورند. از طرفی یکی از رویکردها به بین‌المللی‌سازی کسب‌وکار، رویکرد کارآفرینی بین‌المللی است که در این رویکرد به قابلیت‌های سازمانی و ذهنیت جهانی تأکید شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بین‌المللی‌سازی کسب‌وکار است که در آن تأثیر متغیر کارآفرینی بین‌المللی، نقش میانجی قابلیت‌های سازمانی در رابطه کارآفرینی بین‌المللی و عملکرد بین‌المللی و نقش تعدیلگری ذهنیت جهانی در رابطه کارآفرینی بین‌المللی و قابلیت شبکه‌سازی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و نوآوری پژوهش بررسی متغیرهای مطرح شده به صورت مدلی یکپارچه و بومی شده برای کسب‌وکارهای ایرانی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کسب‌وکارهایی با رویکرد بین‌المللی است که به‌عنوان صادرکنندة برتر توسط اتاق بازرگانی اعلام شده‌اند. نمونه آماری نیز 82 شرکت است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه می‌باشد که پایایی آن به میزان 79/0 تأیید شده است. همچنین تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از روش‌های کمی، مدل‌یابی معادلات رگرسیون، نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی ال اس نسخة 2 و رویکرد پی‌ال‌اس صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داده است که کارآفرینی بین‌المللی از طریق قابلیت شبکه‌سازی، قابلیت بازاریابی و قابلیت فناورانه به ترتیب به میزان 18/0، 37/0 و 14/0 بر عملکرد بین‌المللی کسب‌وکار مؤثر است و همچنین ذهنیت جهانی رابطة کارآفرینی بین‌المللی و قابلیت شبکه‌سازی را با ضریب 42/0 به‌صورت مثبت تعدیل می‌کند.

Organizational capabilities have been considered as one of the most key factors in the internationalization of companies. The current research pursues three main goals: first, it examines the effect of international entrepreneurship on international performance; second, it examines the mediating role of organizational capabilities in the relationship between international entrepreneurship and international performance; and third, it examines the moderating role of global mindset in the relationship between international entrepreneurship and networking capability. The statistical population of the research comprises businesses with an international approach that has been introduced as a top exporter by the Chamber of Commerce. The statistical sample also included 82 companies that were selected using the available sampling method. The data collection tool is also a questionnaire whose reliability has been confirmed, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.79. Data analysis was performed using quantitative methods, regression equation modeling, the PLS approach, and SmartPLS version 2 software. The results show that international entrepreneurship indirectly affects international business performance through networking capability, marketing capability, and technological capability by 0.18, 0.37, and 0.14, respectively, as well as the global mindset of the relationship between international entrepreneurship and networking capability. adjusted positively, with a factor of 0.42.
