سبک رهبری مجازی: فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آن در کسب و کارهای بین المللی.

چکیده

. پژوهش حاضر با هدف فهم سبک رهبری مجازی و تحلیل فرصت ها و چالش های آن در کسب و کارهای بین المللی صورت پذیرفت. با توجه به رویکرد پژوهش جامعه آماری پژوهش را 17 نفر از اساتید و مدیران سازمان های خصوصی تشکیل می‌‌دهند که براساس اصل کفایت نظری و نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته است که روایی آن از طریق روایی محتوا و پایایی آن به کمک پایایی درون کدگذار و میان کدگذار تأیید شد. از طرفی ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کمی پرسشنامه دلفی است که با استفاده از روایی محتوا و نرخ ناسازگاری به ترتیب روایی و پایایی آن تأیید گردید. لازم به ذکر است که داده‌های به دست آمده در بخش کیفی به کمک تحلیل مضمون، با استفاده از نرم افزار اطلس. تی و روش کدگذاری تحلیل و فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های رهبری مجازی در کسب و کارهای بین المللی شناسایی شد. همچنین به منظور تعیین میزان و درجه اهمیت پیامدها در بخش کمی با استفاده روش دلفی فازی این مهم انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان می دهد که ایجاد تیم‌های چند منظوره، حل مسائل اجتماعی و جهانی، بهبود خلاقیت و نوآوری، انتخاب استعدادهای برتر و کاهش هزینه به ترتیب مهم‌ترین فرصت‌های رهبری مجازی در کسب و کارهای بین المللی می‌باشند. از طرفی ضعف سواد اطلاعاتی، فقدان زیربناهای ارتباطی مناسب، تنوع فرهنگی و زبانی، آموزش و یادگیری و تعارض با سیاست‌ها، قوانین و مقررات مهم‌ترین چالش‌های رهبری مجازی در کسب و کارهای بین المللی است.

چکیده [English]

The current research was conducted with the aim of understanding the virtual leadership style and analyzing its opportunities and challenges in international businesses. According to the research approach , the statistical population of the research consists of 17 professors and managers of private organizations, who were selected based on the principle of theoretical adequacy and targeted sampling. The data collection tool in the qualitative part of the semi-structured interview, whose validity was confirmed through content validity and its reliability with the help of intra-coder and inter-coder reliability. On the other hand, the data collection tool in the quantitative section is the Delphi questionnaire, which was confirmed using content validity and inconsistency rate, respectively. It should be noted that the data obtained in the qualitative section were analyzed using the Atlas software. Analysis coding method and opportunities and challenges of virtual leadership in international businesses were identified. Also, in order to determine the amount and degree of importance of the results in the quantitative part, this was done using the fuzzy Delphi method. The results show that creating multi-purpose teams, solving social and global issues, improving creativity and innovation, selecting top talents and reducing costs are the most important virtual leadership opportunities in business and They are international works. On the other hand, weak information literacy, lack of appropriate communication infrastructure, cultural and linguistic diversity, education and learning, and conflicts with policies, laws and regulations are the most important challenges of virtual leadership in international businesses.
