In various industries, especially digital-based service businesses such as fintechs, continuous monitoring of how value is destroyed is needed to attract and retain customers. In this article, the dimensions and components of value co-destruction, the factors affecting it and the factors affected by it are examined. In terms of purpose, this research is developmental and applied, in terms of the type of research, it is mixed (qualitative, qualitative and quantitative) and from the aspect of research strategy, meta-synthesis method, thematic analysis and Delphi have been used. The statistical population of the research in the meta- synthesis method is articles from valid scientific databases and in thematic analysis and Delphi methods are fintech industry experts and academics. In the meta-synthesis phase, 30 articles were finally selected from 2015 to 2023 by judgmental sampling, then 10 experts were selected by judgmental and snowball sampling in the thematic analysis and Delphi section. Finally, by conducting two rounds of Delphi, the dimensions and indicators extracted in the stages of meta-synthesis and thematic analysis were evaluated and the agreement of the experts was confirmed by calculating Kendall's correlation coefficient. The findings of the research showed that the dimensions and components of value co-destruction include social interaction and resource integration. The results indicate that company resources, actors' resources, company characteristics, actors' characteristics, technology and legal requirements are among the factors affecting the destruction of value in fintechs. Finally, the factors affected by value co-destruction, including future strategies and possible damages, were also extracted.
