One of the most important tasks of economic diplomacy is targeting export destinations and providing the necessary diplomatic platforms to develop the export. The current research seeks to answer the question that according to the revealed approaches in the export of non-oil products of Iran, which of the countries in the world has a greater relative advantage in the export of Iranian products? And how has the target countries changed over time? This research has used the indices of concentration ratio and adjusted revealed comparative advantage (KARCA) and based on reliable international data, the dynamics of the economic diplomacy of the Iran in determining export destination countries for the years 2021 to 2023 has been investigated. 50 different countries that have had trade relations with Iran of more than 100 million dollars in the studied years have been selected. The findings of the research show that for the years 2021 to 2023, the countries of China, Iraq, Turkey, the UAE, Afghanistan and India were the main partners of Iran, and in all these years the concentration ratio of the first 3 countries was more than 60 percent. But from the perspective of the KARCA index, the countries of Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Iraq have been more advantageous than other countries, and the time dynamics have indicated a change in some priorities in the studied years. The results show that most of the countries with advantages for exporting Iranian products are developing or less developed countries, and have common borders with Iran.
